Job Description-:

  • Mapping and analyzing huge datasets to conduct analysis on the various areas relating to Sales Force ,Segmentation and Targeting (S&T) analysis, Call Planning analysis, Customer Profiling, Sales Resource Optimization, Return on Investment Analysis, Incentive Compensation and adhoc analytics
  • Developing data clarifications, data sanity and analysis
  • Analyzing huge datasets and representing the analysis in an easy and comprehensible format using tables, charts and graphs
  • Communicating with the client through e-mail and telecons on project requirements.
  • Work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ensure quality in all deliverables - demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
  • Communicate effectively with project lead to identify needs and apply feedback to improve performance
  • Take initiatives/Analyze processes for implementations and improvements
  • Ensure knowledge sharing in the entire team
  • Pro actively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
  • To source out relevant, informative, and required information / data using web tools. To find accurate and required information using internet tools i.e Google, Yahoo
  • Good understanding of Excel VBA with macros
  • Good knowledge of SQL/MS-Access
