Job Description:-
- Ability to manage a Team of 25 people
-Should have strong oral & written English skills
-Ability to provide guidance to the associates.
-Ability to monitor and provide feedback.
-Should be known to quality parameters
-Ready to work in 24*7 shifts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Analyst in International BPO. Auditing call monitoring analysis and giving feedback Call calibrations and evaluations


Experience:- 1 - 3 Years

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any PG

Industry Type: BPO / KPO / ITES / CRM / Transcription / E Learning

Location:– E-25, Sec - 63 Noida
